2–8 °C · 15–25 °C · Time-critical
Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare
Temperature-sensitive and time-critical shipments of medicines, clinical supplies and medical devices, handled with documented temperature control.

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
Temperature control you can document
Pharmaceutical freight is judged on two things: whether the product stayed inside its labelled temperature range, and whether the records prove it. A shipment that arrives on time but with an unexplained temperature excursion may still be unusable.
LOGISTICS REQUIREMENTS
What this cargo needs from a forwarder
Temperature ranges — typically 2–8 °C (refrigerated) or 15–25 °C (controlled room temperature).
Packaging choice — active containers or passive insulated packaging, matched to the route and transit time.
Data loggers — continuous temperature records shared with the consignee.
Handover control — minimum time on the tarmac and documented checks at each transfer.
Regulated documentation — import permits and product registrations in the destination market.
HOW WE HANDLE IT
Planned around the cargo, not the rate sheet.
We plan pharmaceutical shipments lane by lane: packaging type, routing with fewer transfers, and a handover plan agreed with the airline and handling agents. Our Mumbai and Dubai teams handle a regular flow of temperature-sensitive air cargo between India and the GCC.
