Routing, equipment, documents and cut-offs are checked first, so the price reflects the real move.
Say what we don’t know
If a rate, a transit time or an acceptance is not confirmed, the quote says so.
Documents first
Most delays start with paperwork. We review it at booking, not when the cargo is already on the quay.
