OVERVIEW
Sea freight planned around your cargo, cut-offs and cash flow
Ocean freight is still the most economical way to move volume between continents, but the price on the rate sheet is only part of the cost. Cargo-ready dates, vessel cut-offs, free time at destination and the wrong equipment choice are what turn a good rate into demurrage and detention.
Our ocean desk books space with multiple carriers, checks equipment and routing before we quote, and keeps one coordinator on the shipment from booking to delivery.
SERVICE OPTIONS
How we move it
FCL — full container load
A container reserved for your cargo, sealed at origin and opened at destination. Usually the better option from roughly 13–15 m³, or earlier when the goods are fragile, high-value or time-sensitive.
LCL — less than container load
Your pallets share a container with other shippers through our consolidation partners. Priced per revenue tonne (W/M: 1 m³ or 1,000 kg, whichever is greater), with extra handling at the origin and destination CFS.
Reefer
Temperature-controlled containers for chilled and frozen cargo, with set-point, ventilation and pre-trip inspection confirmed before release.
RoRo and special equipment
Roll-on/roll-off for self-propelled units, plus open-top and flat-rack containers for cargo that does not fit a standard box. Out-of-gauge units are checked against lashing and stowage requirements before booking.

PROCESS
From brief to delivery, one coordinator.
The same person plans, books and follows your shipment, so questions never start from zero.
Brief — origin, destination, cargo, dimensions and cargo-ready date.
Plan — we check routing, equipment and the cut-offs for the next suitable sailings.
Book — space is confirmed and the empty container or CFS delivery is arranged.
Sail — documents are checked against the booking before the vessel departs.
Deliver — import clearance, release and the last mile within the free time.
