OVERVIEW

Air cargo booked on chargeable weight, not guesswork

Air freight buys time: a replacement part in days instead of weeks, a product launch that hits its date, a pharmaceutical consignment that stays inside its temperature range. It is also priced differently from sea freight, on chargeable weight, which is why accurate dimensions matter as much as the gross weight.

We book with carriers that suit the cargo and the route, and we tell you before booking whether a shipment will be charged on actual or volumetric weight.

SERVICE OPTIONS

How we move it

Standard and deferred

Consolidated air cargo on scheduled services, for shipments where a few extra days in transit are acceptable in exchange for a lower rate.

Express and priority

Next-flight-out and priority bookings for AOG parts, production-line stoppages and urgent samples.

Temperature-controlled

Active and passive packaging options for 2–8 °C and 15–25 °C consignments, with temperature data loggers and handover checks at each transfer point.

Part and full charter

For outsized units or volumes that do not fit scheduled capacity, quoted case by case.

PROCESS

From brief to delivery, one coordinator.

The same person plans, books and follows your shipment, so questions never start from zero.

  1. Brief — pieces, dimensions, gross weight and required delivery date.

  2. Plan — chargeable weight, routing and any special handling are confirmed.

  3. Book — flight and cut-off confirmed; pickup and screening arranged.

  4. Fly — air waybill and export clearance completed; milestones shared.

  5. Deliver — import clearance, collection and delivery to the consignee.
