Air Freight Operations Executive
Handle air exports from Mumbai, including temperature-controlled pharmaceutical shipments to the GCC and Europe.
THE ROLE
Our Mumbai air desk runs a regular flow of pharmaceutical and general air cargo. You will handle bookings, documentation and airport coordination, with particular care for temperature-sensitive consignments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Book air freight and prepare air waybills
Check chargeable weight and packaging before booking
Coordinate screening, acceptance and handover at BOM
Monitor temperature-controlled shipments and data-logger records
Keep customers updated on flight status and exceptions
REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years in air freight operations
Knowledge of air waybills and chargeable weight
Experience with pharmaceutical or temperature-controlled cargo is an advantage
IATA DGR training, or willingness to complete it
